RMA Request Form
Please use this form to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued to the customer by Hoffman Engineering Corporation prior to the return of items. The RMA number will enable Hoffman Engineering Corporation to effectively document, track, receive and process returning goods at the highest level of quality and customer service.
After you have filled in the appropriate information and click the submit button, an email will be sent to Hoffman Engineering. The request will be processed Hoffman Engineering and an RMA will be sent to you.
All returns must have a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging and clearly marked on all paperwork accompanying the shipment. Product received at Hoffman’s receiving dock not clearly marked with the correct RMA number will result in delay of processing your order or may be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
